ハロン湾クルーザーで1泊するならリーズナブルなクルーザーでした。 ホテルスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、昼にチェックインしてから程よくイベントを組んでくれているのでどれも楽しめました。 ビーチや展望台のある小島へのクルーズやカヤックに乗る機会もあったり、夜はイカ釣り、次の日の朝は鍾乳洞のある島 へ行って中の案内もして貰えました。 あいにくクルーザーの部屋は狭く、内装も少し古かったのが残念でしたが私は価格相応かなぁと思いました。 食事はシーフードやベトナム料理、一部洋風なものもあって良かったです。

Professional service, very nice rooms

We used hotels.com to book our 1 night boat trip in Halong Bay. A bit skeptical at first, we confirmed everything over the phone and it worked out well. The company was very professional, and the boat was nice with 10 cabins, an eating area and a sundeck. Meals are included (except drinks), and they serve a ridiculously large portion of fantastic food. Rooms were very comfortable for a boat. There was surprisingly wifi, but it didn't work all that well (understandable; we didn't expect there to be any).

Ik kreeg na het boeken meteen een mailtje van Halong Phoenix cruiser met vragen over dieet etc. De volgende dag werd ik opgehaald bij mijn hotel in Hanoi, ik moest voor de heen en terug reis 20 dollar betalen. de reisleider was een vriendelijke man. Aan boord verliep alles soepel, de kamer was klein maar netjes met een fijn bed en prima badkamer. Het eten was echt geweldig! Ik ben vegetarier en kreeg zoveel verschillende gerechten tijdends de twee lunches en het diner, echt heerlijk! De bamboe boot, de grot en de kookles waren ook leuke ervaringen. Eigenlijk was alles meer dan goed!

Wonderful stay in Halong Bay

The company started by picking everyone in Hanoi before heading to Halong. The tour guide (whose western name was "Peter") was probably the best one we encountered throughout our visit to Vietnam. Really great job! 4 hours later we get on the boat and find that the room was nice and the food was amazing. After reading many things in the Internet we were afraid that the food would a problem but it was actually the opposite. Everything was freshly and beautifully cooked. The views are obviously fantastic. The staff was nice and helpful and we did a lot of activities (kayak, squid fishing, cooking classes). The only two things that weren't perfect: - very hard mattress - the bathroom would flood very easily when taking a shower. Everything else was 5 stars!
