"C'était horrible. L'appartement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Les parties communes sont sales et sentent le pipi. Il y a du vent qui rentre dans l'appartement. L'eau chaude est très limitée. Tout à commencer avec le check in qui a eu lieu dans le coffre d'une voiture au parking (sous-sol). ..."
