When we rented, read the description looked at pictures and location, there was NO mention of another rental behind the home and that we would be sharing the limited parking and backyard area with another family. I most definitely did NOT know that there was assigned parking. Apparently I parked in someone's parking spot when nobody was there, when the backyard renters came back late that evening there was drama over the 15 extra steps they had to take.
