Situated on the ninth floor of Caribe tower C, this remarkable Gulfside condo is the pinnacle of luxury. Spend quality time with your loved ones in the spacious living room featuring a comfy seating area, stunning decor, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, a stylish wet bar, a convenient Queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a 58" Smart TV. The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in a microwave and a size-able refrigerator. Start your morning with the high-quality coffee maker and end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender. The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed and floor-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and double sink. The first guest bedroom showcases a restful Queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom showcases a restful King bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The enclosed Media Room features two twin bunks and a TV. Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms. There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. The three pools and the lazy river were perfect. Only word of advice for someone looking to book - after using the property transportation to get to the beach (five min ride), we decided it would actually be faster to drive to another beach ourselves because the walk to the ocean wouldn’t be so long. The boardwalk where the Caribe drops you is a good 10 min walk at a fast clip. Add to that grandma Susie and all of your gear and it’s kind of a pain. Hard time getting my car out. When I checked out at 5:30 in the morning, no carts were available. Apparently were in guest rooms. Also, I elevator to the pools was down the whole week. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the Master Bedrooms closet is locked and they just have a rod hanging on the wall in the bedroom to hang your clothes and the condo only has the public Wi-Fi posted. I work remotely, and it made it very difficult. ##### Susan M. Plenty of space to spread out! The wrap around balcony with multiple sitting areas was excellent! Gorgeous view of the gulf and bay side. As a bunch of vet students that are about to go into clinics, we needed a few days to relax. Also it was my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! I’ll never understand why people say they need to go to the beach in the summer because while it was cold, it was the ambiance that was perfection. The wrap around porch that overlooks the gulf, listening to the waves crash as you lay in bed or on the couch, the lighting, the kitchen (to die for), and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The parking space is very close to the entrance, which was a plus. But the instructions as to which elevator to take should be included in the directions as none were posted onsite either. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise, so it needs maintenance. Also, in the description, the condo does not have beach access, you have to take a shuttle to the beach, so that was misleading. The view from the balcony is ok, it faces the water but the interstate is there as well, so you mainly here the traffic. All in all the stay was great and I would probably stay again. ##### Anna H. Reviewer Comments: The entire condo fit our extended family very comfortably and offered plenty of room to spread out. Beds were cozy, Condo was clean, Kitchen fully stocked. The Bunk Bed room was a hit with the boys... all the furnishings were updated and current. Early coffee on the patio was a favorite spot. LOVED the American Flag waiving proudly from the property buildings. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was nice. Great view. Floors were very dirty. They had not been mopped in some time. I am not sure the kids socks will ever be clean again. Washer was disgusting and smelled sour. Maybe leave instructions to leave the door open when laundry is finished washing. Rug in kitchen was dirty and needs to be replaced.
