REMODELED KITCHEN, CEILINGS RETEXTURED, FRESH PAINT THROUGHOUT

Deal directly with me (OWNER) and avoid the hassle of checking in and out since you'll have everything you need to enter the condo before leaving home.

Condo has Oracode 660K time-sensitive coded entry lock installed; eliminating the need for a key. No need to worry about carrying a key to the beach or worrying about who in your group has the key. Everyone in your group will have access via the same code.

Condo has incredible views of sunrises and sunsets at sea, kids in the huge outdoor pool, and in the kiddie pool splashing under the mushroom waterfall. Check out the action on the beach from your beachfront balcony. Balcony has extra shelter from rain/sun due to extended balcony above.

Want a change of pace from beach and pool? There is racquetball, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, an exercise room with all the equipment you need, jacuzzis, saunas and a game room. Restaurants located just across the street. Supermarkets and shopping right down the street. Bring your bike and pedal through the state park or alongside the beach road on specially marked bicycle lanes.

My husband and I had an amazing stay in Orange Beach! The condo was beautiful with stunning Gulf views — being right on the beach was perfect. The pools were clean and gorgeous, and we loved being on the 14th floor with an incredible balcony view. We would definitely rent here again!

The view from the balcony was great and the price was reasonable. However the old saying you get what you pay for is correct. This Condo was not the nicest I have stayed in but definitely not the worst. The bathroom, bedroom and living room all need to be updated. The bathroom has holes in the wall, missing towel racks, the vanity needs to be refinished or replaced. The closet in the bedroom is full of junk, no hangers (I actually left hangers that I purchased while there) and actually very limited space to use. The mattress is way to soft for us and therefore we felt it needed to be replaced. The washing machine would not spin and drain in the normal cycle you had to run the drain and spin cycle after the first cycle finished. To be fair we did not notify the owner to let them know that there was an issue with the washing machine. Would I stay again? Yes if the issues were resolved.

The place was perfect for my family. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. It was equiped with a washer and dryer, which came in handy when it rained and we weren't able to air dry our beach towels. In addition to the pool, there was a gym, game room, hot tubs, raquet ball, pickle ball court, and bikes. I would stay here again.

The owner texted to let us know we could check in any time the day we arrived which was nice, so we came on a little early. When we arrived our door code didn’t work and the owner answered the phone immediately and got it fixed. Condo was nice, well appointed, and roomy for a 1br. Kids liked the bunks and the bed was comfortable. Cooked several meals and had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

Spring break trip

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break and it was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The security guards for the phoenix itself are wonderful and super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice place for a quick get away.

Over all the place was nice. The location was great. Up on the 14th floor with awesome views. Perfect location within minutes from shopping and food. Bedding was a little stained and furniture needed some cleaning. But overall it was a good place. Owner was real easy to deal with and responded quickly.

It was amazing with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The location was good, in an excellent neighborhood. The room was clean and ready for us. There were some small surprises I didn't expect, like having kitchen towels and dishwasher powder available, which was a nice benefit. I had read about potential mold issues in different spaces, and yes, there were some, but overall, it's a great place to stay, especially considering the price. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. One issue was that the dryer had a broken filter, and there was a lot of sand inside. Elena

Nice spot on the beach for a good price

Property was nice and well kept. Room had everything we needed for our stay. The view was great. The kids loved the pool. Condo is conveniently located and very close to shoping and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we wanted!!

Condo was right on the beach for a beautiful view from the 14th gloor. BUT.... there are many things that are not as they should be Mold on the air/heat vents Mold under the kitchen sink Filthy air/furnace vent Threadbare towels that have spots that Had not been cleaned Mold in the bathroom at the ceiling surrounding the shower Missing towel bars with the brackets still hanging on the wall I could continue but I will leave it up to you. I would not rent this again!!
