All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. Hard to find, the name of the hotel is in Russian. It is reasonably priced but on a back street next to 100's of vendors selling wares on the street. The staff were unfriendly and did not appear to be competent and I am fairly certain I got over charged when they refused to supply me with a receipt for the reversal of my security deposit.
