The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. She begged him but he would not budge preferring to look at his phone. Eventually she helped me to the lift the bags and I had to drag them up to the 11th floor and there the ladies making the rooms helped me to my room. So disappointed. N this is a hotel that even they themselves will not stay . How bad n absurd can this be?
