This renovated, air-conditioned villa offers everything you could possibly need during your vacation. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining table and a charming rustic fireplace, as well as one bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the villa, you will find another modern kitchen with a dining table, as well as a spacious and comfortable living room. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.   
  
In the fenced yard of the villa, which can be reached through the ground floor, there is a covered terrace at your disposal, with a barbecue area, an outdoor dining table, and a lounge set. There is also a charming swimming pool with accompanying sunbeds.
