"Everything was great with room. I had a one night stay june 20th on our drive back to tampa. I was super sick and traveling alone with my 14 year old son. Both the desk people checking in and out were extremely friendly and helpful especially when checking in. I was a mess! My only small complaint is that when my son went down in the morning to get me some dry toast and him some eggs the person in the dining area was visibly perturbed that he came down 10 minutes prior to it closing. He was very quick and didn't stay there to eat and was even back in our room just as it was closing time for breakfast. I couldn't make it down and needed every last minute to sleep. He had to pack everything and we were pushing it for check out time. Housekeeping was also very understanding when I told them how sick I was."

"Very clean, new/or recent remodel. customer service was excellent, wonderful breakfast fresh pancakes. Quiet area. Great place for the price. I stayed here and drove over to Jekyll every day. Saved a lot of money. Definitely planning on going back and staying at this location when I go to Jekyll."

"Our room was clean, and the staff were great! They were always greeting us with a smile and being polite when we needed anything. We loved having such easy access to the beach and everything else on the island. My family and I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Positives: Loved the amenities! Loved the bar, and the incredible access to the beach. The ability to ride bikes for free was nice and the cabanas were very relaxing. I don't have kids, but I loved the activities that were lined up for children involvement. The pool was remarkable and the bed is comfy. Not so positives: The TV channels kept blurring, The patio furniture provided had bugs and webs all over it. The back patio had webs all over it as well. There were multiple webs found in the curtains by the AC (inside the room) and near the corners of the front door(inside the room). The bathroom shower had mildew all around the base of it and the shower head had lots of limescale build up on it. Upon entering the room, there is a bit of a chemical cleanser and mildew smell in the air. Overall experience: Really enjoyed my overall trip. With a cleaner bathroom and stronger pests control this could easily be a 10 out of 10. I don't have any photos of the problem areas but I did take a few lovely scenery pics just steps away from my hotel back door ."
