"Giuseppe's vacation home is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed (and I have been to many). The house is super spaceous and clean and offers everything you need. We were there with 3 people but the place easily fit around 5–6 persons.The property itself is huge and packed with several olive trees. The outside area with hammock and outdoor shower is relaxing and offers a perfect view at the surrounding mountains. Also watching the stars at night time is such a unique experience – never in my life have I seen so many stars in the sky (even a stretch of the milky way is clearly visible!). The closest neighbours are ca. 500 meters away, which makes this place very quiet and private! The city of Dorgali is 10 minutes away and the nearest beaches around 15–25 minutes.The communication with Giuseppe or Anna was always easy and they replied mostly in under 10 minutes. Both are super nice people who give everything to make your stay perfect!The price for this vacation home is extremely fair and we will definitely be back. Thanks again!!"

"The stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, the food was amazing and the hotel was close to many local businesses and attractions and the beach was directly across from the hotel. My only minor complaint was the twin bed wasn’t super comfortable and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly my last day and it was warm at night. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We were absolutely elated by this place! Cala Gonone exceeded our expectations in terms of a beautiful coastal area that isn't mobbed like some other portions of Italy. Hotel Miramare is beautiful and right next to the beach. Parking was a little unclear and we got a ticket, so be aware of parking rules and finding a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful with many suggestions. Our room was fantastic - complete with TWO balconies. The south balcony was a bit warm for our tastes but the east balcony (facing the beach) was shady and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows, which they promptly brought to us. We enjoyed the outdoor grill for dinner one night and really enjoyed the preparations. The breakfast buffet in the morning had all of the fruits, meats, perfectly-prepared eggs and pastries we could hope for, and the staff graciously let us get an early start on breakfast the morning we rented a boat. The atmosphere throughout was light, clean and uplifting, enhanced by the ultra-friendly staff. It's not even a question that we will return here on our next trip to Sardinia."

"This hotel was great! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We stayed in June and they had a great buffet breakfast each morning, plus drinks and snacks available the rest of the day. The pool was really nice and not too busy. Would recommend staying here. Only downside is that it is up on a hill (like everywhere else) and its about a 15 to 20 minute walk down to the city center."
