Grande maison en état neuf. Très belle douche à l'italienne. Grandes chambres, grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. On-boarding facile. Belle semaine de Noël passée sur place même si nous avons eu du brouillard pendant 7 jours.

Super sauber, schönes großes Haus modern eingerichtet mit riesiger Küche. Diese könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. genügend Geschirr für 8 Personen). Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden, einfacher Check-In & Kommunikation mit Adela. Der Garten ist riesig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das einzige was gut wäre, sind Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, wenigstens an der Terassentür, da man Abends mit Licht gerne mal ungebetene Gäste hat ;) Alles in einem aber eine absolute Empfehlung!

Super schönes neu renoviertes Haus mit toller Küche auf zwei Etagen!Tolle Lage in der Nähe eines kleinen Badesees :)Frische Blumen und Duftspender als schöne Geste! Trampolin auch toll! Smart TV auch genial!Schöne Terrasse :)Kommunikation mit Vermieterin super :)Die Betonabdeckung im Garten etwas nervig (einer von uns hat sich den Zehen daran gebrochen beim Sport).. eventuell besser schützen?Und die Kaffeemaschine hatte verschimmelten Kaffeesatz drinnen und hat mit vorgemahlenem Pulver nicht funktioniert :/Vielen Dank Ihnen für alles, es war ein super Urlaub!

Schönes Haus mit Mängel

Zuerst das Positive: Lage, Außenbereich und Ausstattung der Küche und Bäder sehr gut. Die Kontaktperson reagierte prompt auf unseren Anfragen.Aber: die Schlafzimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet - Betten, Schränke und für vier der acht Betten einen Nachttisch. Sonst nichts - kein Stuhl, keinen (Schreib-)Tisch, keine Couch. Im ganzen Haus gab es keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit (Sessel oder Sitzcouch), was während der Regentage sehr gestört hat. Das finde ich, bei dem hohen Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, absolut inakzeptabel.Auch gab es nur einen Hausschlüssel, was bei acht Personen zu wenig ist.

Tolle Fewo für ein Familienwochenende

Unsere Kleinen waren begeistert vom großen Garten, vom Trampolin und vom Pool. Wir haben auf dem Gasgrill für 9 Personen gegrillt und alt und jung waren glücklich. Die geräumige Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Etwas befremdlich war nur, dass man die Bettwäsche selbst abziehen mussten. E

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der großen und geräumigen Wohnung mit riesigem Garten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toller Anlaufpunkt für Ausflüge. Einziges Manko war, dass der Ofen bei Benutzung angefangen hat, sehr unangenehm zu riechen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus - empfehlenswert

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer im OG und die Toilette im EG sind Top. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool im Garten ist super für eine Abkühlung. Das Grundstück ist groß und gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus.

Traumhaftes großes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Neuwertig, sauber, top Ausstattung. Wir haben einen Mehrgenerationsurlaub gemacht mit 6 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und 3 Hunden. Der Ort ist klein aber hat ein Edeka der Fussläufig ist und einige Restaurants. Highlight war der fussläufige Badesee. Vom Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge machen. Adela war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Wir waren alle begeistert von dem Haus! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastischer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Unsere Freundesgruppe - bestehend aus 9 Personen (22 bis 27 Jahre) - hat die Osterfeiertage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und total schön eingerichtet. Zudem sind alle Zimmer sehr sauber. Es ist super, dass ein Bad sowie eine zusätzliche Toilette vorhanden ist. Die Betten sind total bequem. Die Küche im Ferienhaus ist äußert gut ausgestattet und das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt (Handtücher, Kamin, Grill, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher u. v. m.). Der Garten mit Terrasse ist auch klasse. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar (1 km - 12 Minuten). Nach einer kurzen Autofahrt sind weitere Supermärkte sowie der Kochelsee zu erreichen. Um den Walchensee und den Starnberger See zu erreichen, ist eine Autofahrt von ca. 30 Minuten erforderlich. Das Haus ist nah an der Autobahn gelegen, jedoch ist kein Verkehr zu hören. Die Wohnlage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. In der Einfahrt können problemlos drei Autos geparkt werden. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Ferienhaus - auch für eine längere Zeit - absolut weiterempfehlen.
