7/10 Good! (1,011 reviews)
The biggest concern during our stay was a serious safety issue around 9:25 p.m. An unidentified man repeatedly knocked on our door and tried to get us to open it. He did not identify himself as housekeeping or maintenance. He said he wanted a light and eventually asked if I was going to open the door. I told him no.
I tried calling the front desk from my cell using the number listed on the hotel phone, but that number was incorrect. I then called the number I found online but could not get through. Our room was at the end of the 3rd-floor hallway next to the stairwell, and there were no cameras covering the stairwell or landing. Our room also had a broken secondary door security bar and a nonfunctioning phone.
At checkout, I reported everything to the front desk. I was told the manager had been contacted but was off that day.
There were also other disappointments. This was our first trip to Omaha, and I chose this hotel based on its website. One reason we booked was the hot tub, but it was out of service for maintenance. I took photos. There was also a bug in the pool. Our room did not look like the pictures online; the carpet was ripped and there was a water stain on the ceiling.
We were there for my son’s birthday, and unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected. Based on our stay, I would not feel comfortable staying here again. I emailed the manager, and he has not responded.

8/10 Very good! (225 reviews)
"The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was ..."
