Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Lunch at The Ducks restaurant on Rosevears Drive is a must for anyone as well. There is plenty of space in the living and dining area, the kitchen is a big plus for group stay too. It is 500m away from Swiss village, fantastic for kids. The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. However we found no Tea towels, bin liners or blankets. The house is very cold (temp and atmosphere) and sparsely furnished. Could do with a few rugs/cushions/soft touches to make it more welcoming and cosy. A bit sterile as it is. But no complaints re bed and other facilities. ##### Pauline W.
