Everything was amazing except the receptionist needs a crash course in customer service. "Yes" is no way to greet a guest might as well say "what do you want you are bothering me". Guest would like to feel more welcome.

Easily one of best hotels we ever stayed in! Goregous suite with wrap around deck and stunning views of the sea and city of Pula. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay Beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. We are already planning another visit to this great hotel!

This property is so cool - great location at the base of the town overlooking the valley and vineyards. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. We did, however, have a problem with the shower not having hot water but apparently this was just something temporary that they were getting fixed soon.

We only stayed one night. Room was comfortable enough. Sheets and towel quality were ok. breakfast was ok. The staff were excellent.

"Check in was really bad. It closes at 1pm and you can only get your room at 2pm. A message was sent giving a code to get in the building & the same code to get your key from a safe box that has everyone's keys in envelopes. I asked for reserved parking well in advance but got no reply but assumed ..."
