  • Forget all your troubles with a beautiful lakefront cottage on Lake Eugenia in Grey County.

    Available for rental. Perfect for a family or for 2 couples. Sleeps six comfortably.

    Fully upgraded, including hardwood floors throughout, a marvelous screened-in sun-room, a large deck, comfortable breakfast nook and dining area, and library complete with a sliding ladder!

    3 bedrooms - A principal bedroom with a King bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 x 3 piece bathrooms as well, one in Principal room and one for other bedrooms.

    Full amenities: Electric Range; Fridge/Freezer; Microwave; Dishwasher; Washer/Dryer; BBQ; Internet; TV

    120 ft (36 m) of lakefront with dock for easy access to Lake Eugenia. 4 Kayaks are also available as well as a canoe. We have several different sized life jackets.

    Plus, a Hot Tub! After that day unwinding or swimming or kayaking on the lake, relax in the evening in the 6-person Hot Tub.

    Lake Eugenia is in the heart of Beaver Valley and is close to many hiking trails, skiing and golfing! Collingwood and Thornbury are only 20 minutes away; Owen Sound is 40 minutes away.

    Come by, relax and entertain in this exquisite cottage.

    We want your stay to be worry-free. We even provide you with morning coffee or tea, and NEW this year, we're providing you real maple syrup which comes from trees in the neighbourhood, including our own maple trees. Pancakes for breakfast, anyone?

Great relaxing oasis.

We were impressed with our home away from home. With the dreary weather, we were quite happy to stay 'home' and play games in such a lovely space. The host was very friendly and kind. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage on Lake Eugenia! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch, hot tub, campfires, kayaking, and sunsets over the lake. Frank did a great job communicating details about our stay and made sure I knew how to reach him if we had any questions. The lake is quiet with only a few boats out and a lot of undeveloped shoreline, enabling us to observe swans, loons, and eagles from the dock. The property is located within 20-30 minutes of waterfalls, hiking trails, and an Alpaca farm that we visited for a tour, so there are many activities accessible nearby. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need and we appreciated that local coffee and maple syrup were provided for us. Thank you to Frank and Carol for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us!

Lakefront oasis

Had a great time at Frank and Carol’s cottage.. they have a lovely spot full of all the amenities you might need during your stay. Everything was seamless and they were very responsive and available whenever needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Entire cottage was clean and well stocked with all kitchen appliances and dishware. Hot tub clean and warm. Enjoyed by family. Fireplace by the lakefront was perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.New porch chairs and stove! This was a repeat trip for us.

This is a beautiful property, the cottage was clean, it is very well kept and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage surpassed our expectations. It has a wonderful layout and beautiful views of the surrounding forest and inviting lake. It was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. The canoe and kayaks were easy to access and use. The firepit was in a great location for watching the sun set over the lake while setting up the fire. We also enjoyed hiking and shopping in the area. Overall, the cottage provided for a perfect holiday experience!

Amazing getaway!!

What a fantastic place to stay at Frank and Carol’s beautiful cottage. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and it had all the amenities we needed. Frank was great at communication quickly and checked in with us to ensure all was good. I would highly recommend staying there.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful cottage with all the extras! We enjoyed our 3rd stay here immensely. This time with our new addition to the family- our grandson! He particularly enjoyed the baby swing. Cant wait to return for our 4th get away!!

Beautiful and Cozy Cottage

Great Easter Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The cottage is even more lovely in person and is located in a beautiful spot. We didn’t have many questions, but Frank was quick to answer the ones we had and proactively reached out several times to ensure everything was to our liking. Despite the rollercoaster of weather we had we had plenty to do between games, hot tub and movies. My family is hoping to return!
