Our host was transparent upfront about an HVAC problem, but we didn’t need any cooling at this time of the year so it wasn’t an issue at all. As far as the property, my family enjoyed it, and everything we needed to use was functional. When the adjacent unit is also occupied, the sound from someone below us walking around seemed to carry more than I expected, even though they weren’t running or stomping, but this wasn’t an issue as much it was an observation. Pay attention to the information about the parking lot entrance! The approach angle between the street and parking lot is very steep, though they had placed a small ramp to reduce the angle one side.
