For the price in the area it is a solid hotel. Room was adequate and the staff was amendable to late check out. Plenty of parking close in. Easy access to Greensburg or Latrobe. Stayed he purple times.

The room was large and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and much better than the bed in the last hotel I stayed, and that hotel was much more expensive and had a $50 dog fee. What’s wrong with these hotels? IT’S ALL ABOUT SLEEPING COMFORT AND QUIET? Get that right. Everything else is gravy. I appreciated that dog could stay for free and had a dog area nearby for her needs. The hotel has a wonderful view and is away from noisy traffic. The breakfast was adequate. It’s an older hotel and in my opinion could be a star with some renovations, but for the price and for my dog, it was fine for one night.

All I can say is, "Wow!" our room was huge! It was so clean, we had everything we needed. The hosts were so nice and breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

The Inn is run fairly well, but there are always things could be much better. My walk in shower had a lot of mold along the base. I purchased product to take care of it, but it took more than ten sprays/rinses to get it back. The toilet seat was flopping around, and I tightened it by hand. I use the steps, and they need to be swept. Should be a daily chore, but it was not done during my stay. Same for the laundry room. Should clean the floor and empty the trash bin daily, but I've never seen that. On the plus side, the breakfast is well done and the room and lobby area is kept clean.

Being a pet friendly hotel was awesome. Especially since they don't charge $$$ for having a small pet. The bathroom had been remodeled and was very nice. Bed and sheets were clean and decent to sleep on. Breakfast was simple and good/hot You can tell that it is an old hotel that they are trying to update. However, there are some things that still need to be upgraded. EX - the bathroom door didn't fit the space and didn't shut. The floor had not been cleaned in a long time. It was hard wood and not mopped in a long time. I wiped up some spilt water and the paper towels were black. YUCK! The smoke detector was missing. The door lock latch was missing the part that swiveled over to lock from the inside. Nice staff. Calling for AARP rate would have been better than expedia rate

Are bathmat had what looked like fecal matter on it. I had also asked for new face class, hand towels and towels in one of the bath towels looked like what was fecal matter on that also. The chair in our room had some white-ish green stuff all over it have no idea what it was at all. It was unrecognizable, but absolutely disgusting. Plus the chair was broken in the back, our TV was stuck on visually impaired. I had called down to the desk because we were trying to get it off of it. We couldn’t so everything you tried to watch. It was also telling you step-by-step what was happening on the screen very frustrating when you’re there for a couple days and would like to watch television. Call down spoke with the receptionist. She said she had no idea. I asked her if she had another remote one of that preferably didn’t have the microphone on it maybe that was the issue she said I could come down and get another one. We did it still didn’t fix it. There were bugs in our room that I got bit on the top of my foot by. Also, our toilet had not been cleaned. There was residual of fecal matter all around that so we went out and bought Lysol wipes to clean our toilet. We had stayed there for two nights because we were going to the Steelers training camp never again. Only twice there was somebody at the reception desk . Once of which she was curled up with no shoes on on one of the sofas in the reception area with no shoes on. I don’t know how this place passes health inspections.

Do not stay at this place unless it is the only spot available. From the second I walked through the doors it just worse. When checking in the woman didn’t make eye contact other then to just stare me with the what do you want look. The hallways are very dark at any time of the day. It was raining when we got there and there was a huge wet spot in the carpet where rain was coming in from an unsealed door. We were told we could park around back to unload our luggage to be closer to our room. But was also told that our room keys may not work on the door. That wasn’t a problem since not of the doors to go out even locked. So anyone could walk in at anytime. There were no smoking signs everywhere but the whole place stunk of cigarette smoke. Our room was the worst. While the bed was comfortable to my surprise. But the room was so humid the floor was sticky. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. The lighting was horrible with 2 tiny lamps. I asked for an hour late checkout was told that was fine. But only to get harassed by the cleaning woman who I also saw the evening before arguing in the parking lot for her boyfriend. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

There was trash stacked in the elevator, which didn't seem appropriate. The TV remote and bathroom floor in my room were sticky; and the bedroom floor was slightly dirty. Overall, didn't seem as clean as when I stayed 2 years ago. But overall, this place is wonderful and I look forward to staying here when I visit Steeler Training Camp!
