The house boasts very comfortable single-level living, with nicely appointed rooms, loads of light, plentiful outdoor space, modern amenities, and overlooks Greensboro Country Club's Irving Park Course. Guests can walk to shops and restaurants and the home is just a short drive from the Lawndale Shopping Center, Friendly Shopping Center and less than 4 miles from the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house looks like it belongs in a catalog, it’s decorated so beautifully. We rented it for our daughter’s wedding and we could not have been more thrilled with how well equipped it was as well as the location to everything. It was the perfect set up for our family. Especially the massive main bedroom that easily accommodated our daughter and her husband, with plenty of room for their newborn in a porta crib.
