Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The lobby area was a little chaotic as renovations were being built over night. All was cleaned away before breakfast and no paint smell. The breakfast bar was one of the best. Lots of fresh fruit. The breakfast bar attendant, Denise , was at the top of her game. I really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is close to Brown and very convenient for visiting campus. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice. The unit is large with comfortable beds and is stocked with basics like coffee, tea and toiletries. This historic home is very clean and charming and affords privacy even in shared spaces.

Elevators were being upgraded so little inconsistent. My room was next to an elevator shaft so I could hear the elevators going up and down. The WiFi was visible but couldn’t log into it after trying with four different devices. I had to tether out of my cell phone.
