I hesitate to complain because Kent Narrows was a great place to spend 4 days with friends, but...the property has seen better days and gave off a seedy vibe. We upgraded to bayfront rooms on the top floor, which provided a great view. The breakfast room was awkward...we went out for breakfast after the 2nd day. All that being said, we had a great time, as usual with our friends.

Emmy at the front desk was awesome! Appreciated having great hours for breakfast and the pool / hot tub. "The Highway Side" had a lot of charm, and is a good distance below the actually highway. Nice grassy areas for the dogs to sniff.

The room was clean, well maintained. The breakfast was fine. The pool was okay but the hot tub was down for maintenance. The value for two nights was good. Location was great. The staff was okay and polite, not overly friendly. The outside including steps, cooking out area, walkways were somewhat cleaned. This wasn't the worst place nor was it the best place I have ever stayed. It was okay.

I thought the price was way too high for the actual property. The rooms were clean, new bed, nice size TV, towels good. But the rest of property seemed like a motel. Staff were polite. Perhaps the boat show in the area drove prices up this weekend, but i definitely over paid

The facility is not up to par for the price of the room compared to other hotels across the street. The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. Our room was on the top floor and when he was asked about a status update for repairs he said there are the steps. He didn't have the decency to even say I apologize for the inconvenience we are working on it.

Over all was good, could have been a little cleaner. There was dried up mouse turds on the towel and some straw on the floor. Breakfast area and food was great. Room was on the back side, you heard the traffic noise all night. The front view was pretty seeing the water.

Kent Narrows is an easy getaway for hubby and I, we love The Best Western! We love the location and all the dining options near by. We walked across the street to Fisherman’s Inn restaurant.
