Wheelchair accessible, and handicap features in the bathrooms.. SENIOR FRIENDLY and beautiful enclosed yard. KITCHEN.... is completely outfitted with the best dishes, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker etc.. and has wonderful cabinets with turntables and sliding drawers, including a pantry. Lots of counter space! There is a built-in GE dishwasher, GE electric stove and oven, Kenmore refrigerator w/ ice maker, A terrific SKYLIGHT and a small kitchen window that completes the light and airy feel of the area. DINING AREA.. Has a Table and four chairs it is off the kitchen and opens to the nicely decorated LIVING ROOM with lots of large windows ( one is a BAY with a bench seat.) VAULTED CEILING, lovely gas fireplace , also there is 55" Smart TV , DVD, PRIVATE and FAST INTERNET. There is a plush sofa ,a new Lazy Boy electric recliner, end tables and floor lamps etc ;Also a CEILING FAN great for warm summer nights. The MASTER BEDROOM is spacious with a NEW Calif. KING "BeautyRest" mattress and wonderful wood bed frame, end tables and lamps. Luxurious designer bed sheets , and duvet., 2 dressers will give you lots of additional storage for clothes, There is also a SmartTV, chair and floor lamp for reading by the window; there is a large walk-in closet . And ceiling fan! MASTER BATH.... spacious with a stall shower, lots of built-in cabinets and a single sink, ceiling heater and skylight that adds light and airiness to the room. Host was very communicative and answered questions right away. Due to some travel difficulties, host went above and beyond to try and assist us in our situation. Very helpful and kind. Cottage is perfect! Tucked away off the street and very welcoming. All the expected amenities and lots of kitchen/bath supplies. Lots of space for family gathering and games. Very clean and up to date. Beds are comfy and the closet and baths are nice and big. The decor is also very homey and the Christmas decor was a nice touch. Only 15 minutes from some amazing hikes/parks. Beautiful scenery(and of, course the river) to be found close by for lovely outings. Restaurants, antique stores and more in downtown, also just 15-20 away. This is a beautiful well taken care of duplex that is shown lots of love by the owner. It is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and Sheri has it well stocked with spices, cooking oil, baking dishes, utensils, dishes, pans, almost anything you may need. There were even beverages in the fridge and soups and oatmeal in the cupboard! Bathrooms are well stocked with a variety of shampoos, lotions and other items. Everything was stocked. Sheri was such a pleasure to work with. The power went out very briefly due to the heat wave, Sheri called within minutes to make sure we were okay. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Atmosphere in both units provides light from windows and skylights, and floor plan is open and comfortable. There are no stairs or steps, which was important for us. The quality of everything, from updated appliances, to mattresses and linens were highest department store quality. Everything was immaculate. We felt like we were her first guests, Any issues/concerns/questions were addressed and answered within an hour.
