A new build finished at the end of 2023\. It sits right behind the slightly bigger main house. The 2 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, make it a good fit for 2 couples, or a small family. A bedroom and bath on each side of the great room. Each with it's own independent heating & air unit. It's sunny, quite and safe, tucked away yet right in town. Minutes from I-5, groceries, restaurants, coffee houses and historic downtown. It's an open floor plan with a clean modern design. A great place to stay while visiting family or doing a local adventure. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glass wear, wine glasses, small appliances, serving wear and some spices. There is a gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and a walk in pantry, as well as plenty of counterspace. The primary bedroom has some accessibility features such as a curbless shower, 42" doorway to the bathroom 42 inch hallway and 36" door. We travel all over each day sightseeing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our evening meals.. Lisa, our host, was amazing with timing replies and very helpful.
