This large historic house is located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven! Only one block from all the restaurants and shopping. Two blocks from the world famous musical fountain and the boardwalk that leads to the beach and pier. There is a farmer's market, marina, mini golf, large playground, splash pad, charter fishing, bike paths, YMCA, and many other activities all within a short walk. This is an excellent spot within a couple minutes walking distance to all that downtown offers. We literally walked everywhere all weekend including to the state park/pier. The entire process was simple and easy. The unit has all the necessities needed. Both A/C units kept it nice and cool. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. This is one of many very nice older properties located on the gorgeous streets of downtown Grand Haven and while I believe there is a law office located on the lower level we never crossed paths or had any disturbances of any type.
