The Amel with 15 meters is the highest and the most famous waterfall in Belgium. « Pour rassembler frères et sœur dispersés aux quatre coins du monde, j'avais choisi Stavelot, son histoire, son musée, sa proximité avec le circuit de Francorchamps et les Fagnes toutes proches. L'hôtel Dufays a été le point d'orgue de ce week-end. Seul point noir, indépendant de l'hôtel: le chahut provoqué par des voisins qui devaient avoir gardé leurs bottines de ski pour faire de la gymnastique dans leur chambre ! »
