I almost cancelled our reservation as this would be my first 'glamping' experience with my wife and 4 year old - and I was beginning to get concerned about staying here. Staff - they weren't overly hospitable or inviting ... but they were nice, accomodating, and did their job! 4.5 stars. RV "Superior Loft" - we loved it! It was clean, cozy & comfy. It exceeded our expectations and was pretty much what I was anticipating. My 4 year old didn't want to leave :) 4.5 stars. Accomodations - you get a 5 minute hot shower and it only takes 20-25 minutes to reset. No issues there. There are plenty of things to do nearby; Bearizona, Williams AZ, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon national park. It was great having a kitchen and a grill out side to cook meals.
