The staff was super friendly. Especially housekeeping, and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast. We have stayed here about four times now and this is our go to when we come to Williams for Bearizona!

My stay was decent overall, though the room could use some improvements. The bed was far too soft and the pillows felt flimsy, so an upgrade to the bedding would make a big difference. Regarding breakfast, adding some fresh fruit options would be a great enhancement. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly, and my kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.
