Its privileged location allows direct car access and offers the convenience of two parking spaces in the same building, with elevator access directly to the apartment: one suitable for standard-sized vehicles and another with a small height restriction. Just 800 metres from the cathedral and 500 metres from the famous San Jerónimo monastery in Granada. Located in a quiet area, but with all amenities nearby such as restaurants and public transport including the metro. The apartment stands out for its spaciousness and modernity.
