### Amazing dúplex with pool in Granada. Velazquez

This spectacular penthouse duplex features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a seating area, barbecue, solarium, a charming saltwater pool, and a small kitchen-laundry. Additionally, it includes a garage with space for two cars.  
  
The apartment offers a large and bright main living room with distinct areas, including a dining room that seats ten people. The seating area includes an elegant chaise longue sofa, several armchairs, and a 60-inch Smart TV. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, includes a central island and a dining table for ten people, as well as a small side table.  
  
The five bedrooms are spacious and quiet, all equipped with wardrobes, and some with walk-in closets and Smart TVs. The master bedroom features a 150 cm x 190 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed measuring 150 cm x 190 cm, with a bathroom conveniently located next door. The other two bedrooms, situated near the entrance of the apartment, are equipped with 150 cm x 190 cm beds and have a nearby bathroom. On the upper floor is the main suite, with direct access to the terrace and equipped with a 150 cm x 190 cm bed, offering privacy and plenty of natural light.  
  
The terrace includes a spacious seating area, barbecue, solarium, saltwater pool, and a small kitchen-laundry.  
  
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort year-round.  
  
Located in the heart of the city, the apartment offers easy access to all the city’s main attractions, such as the Alhambra and the Albaicín. With its proximity to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, and the advantage of parking for two vehicles, this duplex is the perfect base to explore Granada on foot.

Points forts : Propreté

The apartment is very clean, modern, and easily accessible. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as close to bus lines. The kitchen isn’t well stocked with cooking utensils but with some outside purchases we made it work. We were never able to make the coffee maker work. (There were two but neither worked properly). I’d suggest they get a French press… So apart from the lack of a good cup of coffee in the morning we had a lovely stay in Granada!
