#### Extended Stay

We stayed at this property for 20 days while waiting for our home to be ready. It was well appointed and very clean. The location was great and the owners were very responsive. Would stay there again! It was a great home away from home.

#### A lovely Graham home

This was the most beautiful and well stocked house we have ever stayed in. The owners had a welcome sign and snacks for us when we checked in and plenty of attention to detail in every room. The beds, sheets and towels were all excellent quality and very comfortable! We cant wait to return to this lovely home!

Every attention to detail and expectation met and exceeded. This may be the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated and customized and stocked perfectly for a comfortable and easy stay. Host was responsive and professional as well. Great home and wonderful town!

#### Nice and quiet place! 

We were in Graham to visit family. This house was generally well equipped, tidy, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our kids enjoyed the welcome sign and treats, plus the roll of poop bags for the dog. Would certainly recommend!

#### amazing Grace

this home was perfect for our needs and we hosted 15 for Thanksgiving. The hosts found everything we needed , extra seating more table spaces and even put up two christmas trees abd holiday decorations for us.

#### This place qas the best rental we have rented

We try to rent and go on vacation every year. When i say that this house was perfect it would be an understatement. t is an older house with a modern twist. The owners are great very easy to get in contact. The only thing we wish for is that they had properties in every state we stay in. The is plenty to do in the immediate area or surronding towns from shopping to outdoor activites. We look forward to vooking with them in the future as family lives 20 mins from the property.

We use this place for our annual family vacation to visit family that live in there area.this house is nice up dated but historic. The hosts are great at communicating and you wont be displeased.

The property over exceeded our expectations! It was in an ideal location,with easy access to shopping areas. The amenities that were provided were far better than what we would have gotten had we stayed at a hotel. The property owners kept in close contact with us for any of our needs. We had 6 guests staying at the house plus visiting family members that lived there locally, very comfortable family home. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate our stay a 10 plus!

#### Wonderful Stay

I cannot day enough about this stay. The host were wonderful to deal with even before the stay with some issues on our end and the stay went smoothly. Home was easy to find in a nice area, I never felt unsafe. The home itself is beautiful and very spacious. Host had left cold bottled water and a nice welcome gift of snacks. We were there in 100 degree days and the house stayed cool and comfortable the whole time.
