Located at the end of a quiet dead-end road with no through traffic, surrounded by a large private garden featuring a sauna, wood-burning stove, and outdoor fireplace.
Natural materials and warm wood interiors create a calm, grounded atmosphere shaped by simplicity and coastal light. The spacious layout is perfect for relaxed vacations with family and friends, as well as quiet, unhurried days in nature, close to the sea.


The space
❖ LOCATION

Located in what is often called the Danish Riviera, the home is close to Rågeleje Beach and within easy reach of the charming harbour town of Gilleleje and the lively summer village of Tisvildeleje, known for the Musik i Lejet festival.

Nature begins right at the edge of the garden. Walking trails lead directly into the surrounding landscapes, forests, and coastal paths shaped by wind, light, and the sea.

A small supermarket is within walking distance, while larger supermarkets and everyday shopping are a 5-minute drive away.


❖ THE HOME

At the heart of the house is a spacious open living area designed for togetherness, framed by warm wood, large windows, and a wood-burning stove that anchors the home throughout all seasons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and all the essentials for shared meals. A 55-inch OLED TV and Wi-Fi are available for relaxing evenings indoors.

A unique harp chair offers a quiet corner for reading, listening, or simply slowing down.


❖ BATHROOM

Soft, bohemian-inspired materials define the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and a freestanding clawfoot bathtub designed for long, quiet evenings.


❖ BEDROOMS

The home offers three private bedrooms in separate annexes, each with its own sense of calm and privacy, along with one smaller bedroom in the main house.

The Hexagon Sauna can also be used as an optional sleeping space, featuring windows, electricity, and its own small terrace set within the garden.

For flexible stays, additional single mattresses can be arranged in the annexes or the sauna area for children or extra guests.


❖ GARDEN

In summer, the large enclosed garden comes alive with herbs, edible flowers, and the gentle hum of busy bees. A spacious terrace features both a round stone table and a large oak dining table, perfect for long, leisurely meals outdoors.

As evening falls, the garden transforms into a warm and atmospheric space with a rustic outdoor fireplace and a wood-burning sauna at the far end—like a small wooden retreat tucked into the landscape.

For both children and adults, there is table tennis and a trampoline for playful afternoons.

Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels. Linen rental is available upon request.



❖ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION — SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Bedroom 1 – Spacious master bedroom in a separate annex with a super king-size bed (200 × 200 cm), a premium mattress, and a daybed
• Bedroom 2 – Private annex room with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), opening directly onto the garden
• Bedroom 3 – Versatile annex room with two single beds (can be joined to form a double)
• Bedroom 4 – Smaller room in the main house with a small double bed (140 × 190 cm)
• Hexagon Sauna (Optional bedroom 5) – Sleeping space for 1 adult or 2 children, with a private terrace and garden setting.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

Other things to note
A Bonus for Cat Lovers!

We have a charming and friendly white cat named Baba who lives here. He’s always happy to greet guests, enjoys napping (mostly outside in the summer), and never sleeps in the bedrooms.

Baba is well cared for: his food is dispensed by an automatic feeder, and a friend comes every other day to give him wet food outside the house—and check on him. Therefore, he won’t be your responsibility.
However, if you’d like to feed him wet food inside the house and keep an eye on him yourself—you’re warmly welcome to let us know in your inquiry.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
No Dogs or Other Pets: Because of Baba Cat, we must be clear: this is a strictly no-pets situation.

Garden Maintenance: During the summer, our trusted staff will water the garden. We fully respect your privacy and will coordinate a suitable time with you.
