Magnificent bay and ocean views can be fully appreciated from Grace Hill, a fantastic renovated two storey beach house (formerly Col’s Place). Recently refurbished, this holiday home has everything you need for a great coastal getaway with its relaxed beach style. Large and spacious throughout with soaring ceilings on the second level, this home is truly impressive.

The open plan spaces make entertaining easy – the kitchen is well equipped with an oven, 6 burner hotplate, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Take the glass sliding doors from the living room to the balcony where there is alfresco seating, a gas BBQ plus a huge Balinese style day bed to take in the sunsets. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs with a separate toilet and full laundry facilities. The main king ocean view room upstairs has an ensuite and separate toilet. There are two TVs (one is a smart TV) and a DVD player in the house. There are fans in every room even though the house is kept cool by the sea breezes.

Grace Hill can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (+ outdoor shower).

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

Grace Hill is within close walking distance of a safe swimming beach, world class surf, and is a short stroll to the local cafe – Gracies General store which sells coffee, lunches, gourmet pies and wine. PA# 219445
