"About 10 minutes walk from the airport terminal but there's also a airport shuttle service. Loved the openness of the ground floor with restaurant, bar and the reception area. Helpful staff and and clean modern facilities on site. The room is clean and the bathroom is great. The food from the restaurant is amazing as well."

"Friendly, welcoming staff. All willing to serve and “go the extra mile”. Breakfast more than adequate. Location perfect for town centre and close enough for short journeys to tourist places. Oswiecim is being restored, very well to remember its history and its future."

"Hotel bardzo przyjemny, czysty i zadbany. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie, jednak są dwie kwestie, które zdecydowanie wymagają poprawy. Śniadania niestety wypadają słabo – wybór jest niewielki, a każdego dnia podawane jest praktycznie to samo. Przy dłuższym pobycie staje się to dość monotonne. Największym rozczarowaniem było jednak SPA. Terminy na masaże są rezerwowane nawet z dwumiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem, przez co podczas pobytu praktycznie nie ma możliwości skorzystania z zabiegów. To zdecydowanie powinno zostać lepiej zorganizowane, ponieważ SPA jest przecież jednym z powodów, dla których goście wybierają taki hotel. Podsumowując: hotel, czystość i obsługa na plus. Śniadania i organizacja SPA zdecydowanie do dopracowania."
