We visited from America and the room had everything we could need! The location was great, the host was accommodating, and the apartment was clean and tidy when we showed up, couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, I will definitely book here again if I come back.

Finding the place was tricky for a foreigner, all instructions by the owner sent through expedia were in Korean with no English translation. The location is genuinely amazing. Well situated in the region, 15 minute walk from the Music fountain and 10 minutes from the metro station. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but after a day of running around it wasn’t a problem!

Host was super accommodating of our last minute lodging changes. The homestay is very quiet, comfortable to live for extended time. Host provided full range of cooking utensils, lots of clean towels, toiletry, cleaning supplies, and free coffee pods etc. Property is a street away to a beautiful park. There are tons of restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to subway station, but it takes more than 1 hour to downtown Seoul.

Cute place! My stay was short but it worked out well. The microwave and fridge is perfect for having leftovers or heating up noodles. Close to transit. Many places to walk around. And quiet at night. Be mindful of downstairs neighbors at night.

大人3人赤ちゃん1人で利用しました。ホテルというよりはマンションみたいな所でした。近くには美味しい食べ物屋がたくさんあり1階にはコンビニもありました。有名な「ラペスタ」も徒歩5分以内でいけました。ホテルの目の前には「ホームプラス」という大きなショッピングセンターもあり、お土産を買うには最高でした。近くには有名な大きな湖もあり最高なロケーションだなと思いました！ バス停や地下鉄からはホテルの場所まで少し分かりずらいです。しかし！ロケーションは最高にいいです。 あと、とても親切に色々と対応して頂きました。またぜひ！ぜひ利用したいと思います。

출장시 정발산역 부근에서 지낸다면 추천입니다

숙소 바로 앞이 홈플러스였고요 조금 더 걸으몀 롯데백화점 있어요. 그리고 조금 더 걸으면 식당가/주점이 엄청 많습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에서는 택시집기가 애매해서 앱으로 부르면 되요. 정발산역 도보로 5분거리 정도 되는 듯 해요

아들 수료식때문에 체크인시간을 좀 일찍 가능한가 문의를 했는데 너무도 친절하게 응해주셔서 추운날 고생 안하고 편안하게 쉬다 왔어요 난방도 얼마나 많이 해 놓으셨는지 얼었던 몸이 확 풀리고 폰 충전기도 기종마다 다 있어 편리했어요 또 주변에 상가들도 많아서 더 편했던거 같아요 아주 만족스러운 다시 가고 싶은 숙소였어요
