Delightful, cosy chalet with fabulous views. Well equipped with everything you want or need for your stay. Including dvd films, books, games, blankets for seating outside in cooler months. We will definitely be coming back.
Great location, amazing view, everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including kitchen utensils, pots, crockery etc. Our only grumble would be the cleanliness of the property, we knew from previous reviews the fixtures and fixtures are dated, which was not a problem, but the place could do with a good clean. Perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire and for the coastal path.
You cannot miss the 'Pink Chalet'! Wonderful views and quiet location with good walking paths nearby. The chalet is definitely quirky retro, and has all kitchen equipment you will need. Maybe it was the time of year we were there as the weather was very mixed, but we did feel a little dampness in the chalet which resulted in us leaving a day early as it was raining again, but have messaged the owner about this directly.
The views from the chalet are amazing. Goodwick has a nice, friendly pub although the walk back up the hill afterwards wasn't great. There are lots of walks nearby and the scenery is stunning.
The only reason we've marked it down is because the toilet brush (which we daren't use), the crockery and cutlery needed a good wash and there was clutter in a few places.
However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
Chalet was a bit dated but the view just made it perfect , had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable.great location to the costal path and near by beaches , excellent value for money we will be back great stay fab place 👍👍👍👍👍
Great location nearby to all the gems of north Pembrokeshire cute cottage lovely atmosphere , spotlessly clean and with incredible views large garden for dogs and everything you need inside Goodwick has good and very reasonable places to eat too! Would return highly recommend
We very much enjoyed our stay in Pembrokeshire. The property, has fantastic views and is very clean. There is basic kitchen equipment but it was sufficient for us to prepare a simple meal. The location is very good for costal hiking, lovely paths just outside the property to enjoy views and a very short drive to Fishguard (it is quite a hill to climb if walking). Very happy indeed to stay there.
Had a lovely long weekend. Property was immaculate, views were absolutely stunning. Enjoyed my morning and evening coffee sat out on the bench over looking the harbour. Plenty to do found lots of walks with interesting features that children loved most found through the walking books in the cottage that we very useful. We all loved the cottage and the area will definitely be returning .

Stunning location, beautiful chalet!
The property is set in a stunning location with amazing views! It's beautifully clean and well stocked with books, games DVD's and log burner. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need in it. Lovely crisp white bedding and clean towels. We loved staying there and will definitely be back, gutted we had to come home to be honest! Thank you so much for a wonderful mini break, so pleased I found Bryn Soir, what a gem!
Loved the kookiness of the property, it felt like an original 1930s/40s holiday home and we loved some of the vintage extras in the property, but felt maybe more could be made of this just with a few visits to a couple of boot sales. Loved the view and the ferry port is well out of sight and does not disturb in any way.

Lovely restful stay in the pink house on the hill
We stayed for a week in July. The accomodation was furnished and decorated very tastefully and was comfortable with everything we needed, plus our little dog.
It was lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by down in Goodwick and the sea and ferries coming and going.
Parking was handily on site, and the garden on the side of the property was a lovely bonus.
I would recommend for eating out the Wolfs Castle Inn at Wolfs Castle, on the Haverfordwest Road about 15 mins away, also the Sloop at Porthwain by the Brickworks.
Terrific hosts - very welcoming and helpful, would definately like to come back.
The property had all we needed for our stay, it is very cheerfully decorated with a definite sea-side feel. As there were only two of us we did not use the room with bunk-beds. Wi-Fi worked well as did all of the appliances. We did not eat in any of the establishments in Goodwick, but used the Post Office and the local Tesco metro. Unless you use the road, which can be busy and no pavement, foot access to the village is via paths which are steep in places. Probably best not to negotiate in the dark. We enjoyed our stay very much and travelled to coastal and river-side walks in the guidebook. in the extensive book and DVD "library". A marvellous change in scenary after many months at home.

Lovely, well placed property - great for a short break
We normally like secluded locations well away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, but these come with the price of not being great for phone signal or wifi (the reason why we like them). Personal circumstances meant that we needed a break from it all, but had to be contactable - a real predicament... We found the perfect solution!
The chalet provided everything we needed. Due to it's location in relation to neighbouring properties and the fantastic vista, it feels as if you are fairly isolated. Look down the (very) steep hill and you realise that everything you may need, pubs, shops, fuel station, fish and chip shop is literally a stones throw away. There is a network of interesting footpaths giving links to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and a few minutes in the car takes you to fabulous attractions, secluded beaches etc.
The chalet itself is well laid out and has a welcoming and homely feel about it. We didn't find ourselves at a loss for any "mod con" and instantly felt relaxed. Martin, the owner contacted us by text to ensure that all was well with the property when we arrived.

Alles wirkte klamm. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Brynsior.
