For the price, we were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the level of service. Our room felt damp and humid the entire stay, the floors were sticky, and the shower leaked badly, making the room feel poorly maintained. Service at the main restaurant was especially slow—we had to wait for every request, including nearly 10 minutes just to receive cream for our coffee. We also had to repeatedly ask for swim towels before finally receiving them. Overall, everything felt very overpriced for the experience provided. Additionally, the property was not at all flexible with either check-in or checkout times. Another major issue was the excessive noise after hours. Around 9:30 p.m. and continuing late into the evening, there was constant noise outside our room. Guests were gathered in the area, and several had dogs that barked repeatedly, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

The condo was amazing! Nice bedrooms and living space. Super clean and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Property was very secure with a security guard at the entrance. Lots of parking available. Loved staying here.
