Modern, beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Douro view", renovated in 2019\. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Melres, in a quiet, elevated position, 500 m from the river. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery, café, bus stop 500 m. Nearby attractions: Praia fluvia Melres 500 m. Hiking paths: Poço Negro, Rio Mau 3.5 km.  
"Douro view", 4-room house 119 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), electric heating and fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, bidet, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: open living/dining room with cable TV and electric heating. Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower, electric heating and fan. Exit to the terrace. Very beautiful, of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 142540/AL

La maison, l'emplacement et les prestations tiennent toutes leurs promesses. La maison dispose d'une décoration soignée, un grand espace et une vue incroyable. Nous étions à proximité de tout.
