Wir kamen erst um kurz vor 21 Uhr in das Airbnb, indem ein Hotline Mitarbeiter uns weitergeholfen hat. Zudem ging der Strom 2x aus. Daraufhin wurde schlecht / bis gar nicht mit uns kommuniziert und der Hausmeister musste uns weiterhelfen. Ansonsten war auch kein weiteres Personal vor Ort.
