They overbooked the property, so we did not get the room we booked even though we booked a year in advance. I felt that was unfair. We were downgraded but they paid for the overnight parking. It took over 20 minutes to get our room. I would have preferred the bigger room with a balcony as booked. Our room faced buildings, no view. The bathrooms are small with no ventilation. The TVs didn't connect well to the internet. The Wi-Fi was not great. Overall, just an ok experience.
