Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is dated but a wonderful group of people. Low brow. Beautiful beach access. Pool is nice & clean and perfect temp. Putting green is fun. Great coffee, ease to towels. Bathrooms & tv needs works, but new kitchens have been installed
