I was getting confused in my first day of stay. Pity about the reservation procedure and check- in which was stressful and a bad start to our holiday. When I contacted Ocean Sands a week before our stay to confirm our prepaid booking made a few months before, was told they didn't have our booking and that they do not recognise hotels.com (whatever that means?!). So had to get hotels.com to sort out, and still no idea what happened there. When we did arrive to check in, nobody at reception in the middle of the afternoon, just a "back in 5 minutes sign". Waited and waited and waited, then had to rush to a cafe down the road so our little boy could use the toilet, had a coffee and came back, still nobody at reception during their reception hours.
