The location is very central and the resort has excellent facilities. Close to everything and supermarket downstairs made it so easy to stock up the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The apartment was so nice we had a magnificent view. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well set up with everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The resort facilities were a highlight too, especially the pool and gym, which made it feel like a proper holiday escape. Overall, Holiday Holiday made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. Has everything a family with young kids need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with our after hours check-in instructions. We couldnt access the area which provided access to our room. However, we were quickly assisted by a helpful security guard.
