You'll have access to the entire home during your stay. We just ask that you're mindful of noise after 8pm not to disturb our neighbours and treat our property with care as you would your own.

We will have the key to Dunescape ready for you on your arrival. We will make contact with you within the first 24 hours to make sure you're ok and comfortable at Dunescape Beach House.  
  
Dunescape Beach House is located on a quiet street ,with a view to the north and is opposite a national park.  
  
Prevelly Beach , a few minutes walk away , is one of the South Wests most beautiful and untouched beaches with miles of perfect white sand and clean clear water with safe swimming areas and world class surf breaks.  
  
One of the best things about this area is the wonderful south western breezes which pass through the home to provide natural ventilation . We have a log fireplace in winter which is prepared for your arrival and lots of windows for the breeze to pass through in summer (no air -conditioning) perfect for the mild weather.  
  
To make the most of your stay here you will need a car. If you're flying to Perth and driving south pre-book your car rental for pick up at Perth Airport or CBD.

Due to subdivision regulations cats are not permitted in the area, as there are a number of native birds and animals in the surrounding forest and bush.

Welcoming home with everything we needed for our week away. Great location with an easy walk to the beach and dog beach. The house is protected from strong winds but you can still hear the ocean and comfortably sit outside to eat. There’s a great selection of dvds that we enjoyed watching. We were grateful that dogs are allowed so our adopted boy could enjoy his first beach holiday

Loved the quiet. House comfort ok but outside furniture not up to scratch. We cooked and found kitchen utensils very old.

#### Beautiful Area

We stayed at Dunescape Beach house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family. The property was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of spare for 7 of us and Marlu the dog loved the yard. Thanks Peter for the tip about the local golf course it was excellent!! We look forward to returning soon!

Property was lovely. Very clean and plenty of room. Loved the warm outdoor shower after a swim. Just watch out as fridge was turned off on our arrival. Beds super comfy and great outdoor areas. Only a short walk to the beach.

#### Home away from home

We stayed at Dunescape for 3 nights and we fell In love with this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed and was spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 3 dogs with us. The garden was safe and a great place for our dogs to let off steam. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful and well looked after. I really enjoyed the multiple levels and areas so you could chill out and read a book or socialise at the same time. The location was excellent and only a short walk to beaches, cafes and a bar
