The rooms were boiling hot, the assigned room was 29.8C and the windows could not be opened.
No initiative from the front staff to do anything about the situation. Was moved to a different room and had to pay additional charges just to be able to open the window.
Disgrace for a hotel to operate with room so hot and then charge for a similar room, I would get it if the new room had AC but nope.
During one morning someone had their stuff stolen from the hotel.
