"Great stay at Beachfront Motel Napier! The room was clean and comfortable, with an awesome beach view. The location was perfect, close to town and right across from the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the hand basin wasn’t wiped clean and there was pie pastry on the floor behind the bathroom door. The continental blanket on the single bed had awful marks on it as well. When I checked in they asked me to pay for a room I had pre-paid online."
