The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night

Amazing place to stay, we will definitely be back. Christian, Julia and Martina were amazing. Management has done a great job with this property and we appreciated everything they did for us during our stay. The whole staff goes above and beyond, thank you so much to all.

The hotel grounds and spa were beautiful However, the room: decor, comfort and usability let’s down the hotel and thus the experience The WiFi in the room was patchy and the tv only had Italian speaking programs and no option for subtitles in a chosen language. This coupled with the poor WiFi meant that on the 3 rainy days of our trip you are limited for things to do sadly

The room was clean and I liked the cute modern design and decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a big selection of food choices, you won’t leave hungry or wanting. Air conditioning worked well.
