Geyserville Vacation Packages

The amenities were great - on site spa, pickleball court, pool, hot tubs, volleyball, ping pong, and more. BUT three things marred the experience 1. Pressure at check-in to sit in a timeshare presentation. 2. WiFi connection is weak so despite the ability to Chrome cast to TVs in room, the spotty WiFi made this very challenging. 3. The pickleball court is supposed to open at 8 am but at 10 am it was still locked. The reason given was maintenance leaves it locked if the court was wet, but it simply was not wet. While conceivable it may have been damp from overnight dew, it was definitely not “wet” at 9 or 10 am (sunrise was 6:20 am).

The room was spotless, staff was very helpful and kind. The pool is beautiful the gym is great. The hotel location is perfect, quiet yet an easy walk to campus and the Rockridge area in Oakland. There’s a great bakery and Peet’s coffee just across the street from the hotel. Always a pleasure staying here, a wonderful resort like experience unmatched in the Bay Area.

Grounds and room are great. Service was brutal and we were just told that it was busy that weekend. Many broken promises across the board. For the price, you'd expect good service.
