A delightful escape from city living! Please note: \- Please be aware that there is another unit upstairs which may be occupied during your stay. \- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Alexandra Suite is located just a short walk from the steps which take you onto the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants or 13 minutes in the other direction is Berry with even more shops, cafes and award winning restaurants. Why choose Alexandra Suite? Alexandra Suite is a fully self-contained garden studio apartment. The tiled floor throughout and glass sliding doors beautifully frame the stunning ocean view. There is a lawned garden area with secluded BBQ courtyard and it is easy walking distance to the beach. How is the property laid out? Alexandra Suite is a studio apartment. The open plan sleeping area has one queen bed set into a recess at the back of the living area, with a compact ensuite. There is a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge. Please also be aware that there is another unit upstairs which may be occupied during your stay. What about outdoors? There is an unfenced grass area and under cover table and chairs at the front of the property with secluded BBQ courtyard around the side. Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them? Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The details are noted on the fridge. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-FI is important to you, please have a backup plan. Keeping warm or keeping cool? Alexandra Suite has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway to the right. The left side of the driveway is generally used by the upstairs unit. The garage is locked for owners' use only. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. Both Gerroa and Gerringong have great cafes and restaurants, with more on offer from Berry only 15 mins drive away. Its literally 50m to the beach which provides great surfing waves for all levels, and the firm packed sand makes for great walking or bike riding. Lastly, the hosts who live in the house above are wonderful people, and even baked us cake and cookies! The TV is limited to ABC and SBS, so if you cant cope without Netflix, bring a laptop or iPad, or just a good book. Thanks for having us, we had a perfect long weekend. ##### William S. The position is wonderful with an easy walk to the beach and a great view if you want to sit, relax and watch the ocean.
