Germantown Vacation Packages

I have traveled across America many times and stayed in literally hundreds of motels and if you're reading this, don't stay there. The only accomodation open is the ground floor of a four story motels wing, the rest is boarded up. The photos presented are in its previous times, it certainly does not look like that now. There is no restaurant as that was demolished due to safety concerns back in 2012. There is also no coffee.The staff there do what they can but the place is literally again falling apart as in reality should be closed down. Between the obvious drug deals in the carpark and people wandering around with serious mental health issues and being asked for money or cigarettes the second you open your room door this place is a nightmare. Think of the movie Silent Hill and you're getting close to the description of this place. Honestly if this is you're only choice go somewhere else and sleep in your car. Do not stay here.

Staff was great, room was nice and the rooftop bar and view was incredible. Right near Beale street. Will for sure be back!

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

This is a resort level hotel, convenient to the airport and Graceland. the staff is exceptional. The amenities are also great, pb&j sandwich topped off the night. The decor is fun and stylish. The rooms are big, stand up shower was excellent, pool was great, free water in lobby. Coffee machine in room is not good. Would love coffee as an amenity. All food is for purchase and reasonable. Coffee shop in lobby is pretty good. Dogs are very welcome here and we saw many. Queen beds make a difference - better than full any day, and were comfortable. Two chairs in the room and a desk. This would be a fun location for a small meeting.
