Located in Georgina, this furnished 4-bedroom detached house near Lake Simcoe is just 47 km from Richmond Hill GO Station and 49 km from Stouffville GO Station. The home features air conditioning, a balcony, free private parking, and complimentary WiFi. It's a non-smoking property situated 26 km from Newmarket Theatre. Inside, you'll find two spacious living rooms with a flat-screen TV and streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and three bathrooms with walk-in showers. Towels and bed linen are provided, along with a cozy seating area and a fireplace.  
The primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a luxurious 5-piece ensuite bathroom. Additional conveniences include a 2nd-floor laundry and a mudroom with direct garage access.
