« Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful! The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay...

« This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY »

« The units are spacious, very clean, high standard and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. This is an aparthotel in a historical building in front of opera house. There is no sign about the hotel on the street level, and you need to go up the stairs (no lift) to the first level to get to the apart hotel. There is 4-5 units at this apart hotel. The street level entrance are not very clear and clean, and there was a homeless person sleeping at the entrance during the first few days...

The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us.
